Checking in and/or clocking in via the time registration software
After you have planned the various activities or projects in the SaverIT Portal by location, staff, department or function, your employees can clock in and/or check in (optional) via SaverIT’s time registration system. Employees can clock in centrally via various types of hardware. Most construction companies use the system with a double RFID scan version as shown below. We also have systems with fingerprint scanners and facial identification. In practice, not all employees want to use biometric identification via face or fingerprint.

The SaverIT Portal
Using the SaverIT software is very simple. The Portal is available via a login with 2-step authentication on any PC, laptop, mobile phone or tablet that has internet access. SaverIT supplies the waterproof hardware and tablets with fingerprint scanners, facial scanners and/or RIFD reader on loan.
Central hours clocks
With this option, employees clock in using facial recognition, a fingerprint or an RFID number on a key ring on central hardware. Before clocking in, you can choose to have employees check in separately: the working time does not start from checking in, but from the moment they clock in. Checking out after work is only possible if you have already clocked out.
