Hardware SaverIT
SaverIT offers a complete software and hardware solution to allow your construction site employees to clock in online and monitor the necessary certificates and diplomas. SaverIT provides a waterproof tablet with a Face Camera on which the software runs that allows clocking in with facial recognition, multiple fingerprints and/or with an RFID number on a key ring (the so-called droplet).
SaverIT works with three hardware solutions. This is provided to the client on loan. Since we are 100% convinced of the quality of our product, we offer a 100% uptime guarantee on SaverIT’s software and hardware. If the Camera, Tablets or RFID scanners are unexpectedly defective, they will be exchanged for a new one free of charge. This way you can always be sure that you have an error-free check-in system at your construction site without additional costs.
1. Double RFID solution
The double RFID solution is supplied including a waterproof lightweight cabinet. The cabinet has a strong magnet that can be attached to the site manager’s office or other places on the construction site. There is a clear IN button and an OUT button to clock in or out. A clock-out action can only follow a clock-in action. The whole is supposedly vandal-proof and can also be installed outside in unattended places by SaverIT.
2. Camera with facial recognition
Upon arrival at the construction site, employees are clocked in via facial recognition with the Camera with facial recognition. This gives you an overview of the attendance and time registration of your own staff and external hires. The camera has a strong magnet that can be attached to the site manager’s office or other places on the construction site.
The Camera also measures body temperature and can check whether or not a face mask is being worn. An elevated body temperature is an indication that a person may be a carrier of the Corona virus. When employees leave the construction site, they are then clocked out again via facial recognition. The camera also has an RFID option, so that employees can be simultaneously identified via this hardware with facial recognition or with an RFID tag.
3. Tablet with fingerprint scanner in stainless steel case
The Tablet comes with a waterproof stainless steel case with lock. The case has a cover over the fingerprint scanner and a recess for the RFID chip. The whole is supposedly vandal-proof and can also be installed outside in unattended places by SaverIT. The cabinet has a strong magnet that can be attached to the site manager’s office or other places on the construction site. The Tablet also has an RFID option, so that employees can be simultaneously identified via fingerprints or with an RFID tag via this hardware.
Our Tablet is a new generation multifunctional handheld Windows terminal with fingerprint and RFID scanner. The Tablet’s scanner has both a learning function and a recognition function, so the fingerprint or RFID chip can be learned directly on the spot. The battery life of the Tablet is up to 8 hours (note: we also offer an external battery, so that the SaverIT system can run without power for up to 72 hours).

Key ring with RFID chip
This key ring is equipped with a chip with an RFID number. This can be linked to a specific employee who can use it to log in to the various hardware options of SaverIT.
