In this privacy statement, Saver explains how we handle the personal data we obtain in our contact with you. Saver complies with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data collected

We do our utmost to protect your data. We need personal data to guarantee our services to you. Saver processes these personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide them to us yourself.

Saver processes data for the following purposes:
• providing and invoicing our services;
• sending our newsletters;
• processing your order and informing you about its progress;
• storage for the execution of the Agreement;
• taking measures to improve the service and providing information or offers.

Security

We use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) for data transfer. All payment methods offered by us are extensively secured. You can see that your data is encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

Data from website visits

We receive data that we receive based on your visit to our website. Examples are cookies. We use this information to get a better picture of our customers and to develop our services and website and adapt them to your personal preferences.

On the site we use Google Analytics to analyze the functioning of the site and to measure the efficiency of traffic sources. Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. The information that Google has collected is anonymized as much as possible. Our website includes buttons to promote (“like”) web pages or share (“tweet”) on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These buttons work through pieces of code that come from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, respectively. Cookies are placed through this code. We have no influence on that. Newsletter

We periodically send a digital newsletter by email to our customers and interested parties. We only send this newsletter to people who have indicated that they want to receive the newsletter. An unsubscribe link is placed in every newsletter, so that the recipient can unsubscribe immediately. We only use the subscriber base for sending our own mailings.

Storage period of data and inspection

As soon as the service at Saver ends, we store some data based on the legal retention period. We delete data that is no longer needed. We destroy all data after the legal retention period.

You have the right to inspect the information we have about you after your services with us have ended. You can submit a request for inspection, correction or deletion to the administration department. To ensure that the request for access has been made by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request, including relevant and current copies of the Extract from the Chamber of Commerce of your company. We hereby request that you black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Saver will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Share with others

Saver only provides data to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

View and adjust data

You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of your data. You can contact our administration department for this. To prevent abuse, we will ask you to identify yourself adequately. When it comes to accessing personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this in the settings of your browser.
